This summer was amazing! So many incredible memories with incredible people 💕
I really saw the Lord move in a new way and felt His love like never before. I made a lot of new friendships I know will continue to grow as time passes. I had a lot of sweet conversations and so many fun times.
This summer will be unforgettable and I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for this next season. 💛
Then, add a question of your own! (After it gets to about 10-12 questions, start with the first original three and then start from the beginning for the adding your own question.) Use a W to start out your question.
Tag at least three people.
~What is the thing you look for most after summer ends?
Fall weather, chai latte, pumpkin decorating, Fall Retreat (with my youth group). Rainy days while reading inside. Soft music, candles, coffee and hot chocolate.
~What is an activity from the summer (that you can’t do in winter) that you will miss most?
Going to the pool, camp
~What is an activity in the winter (that you can’t do in summer) that you love to do most?
Snowmen, and snowball fights
~Which one do you do: listen to Christmas music after or before Thanksgiving, or do you even start in July (or some summer month)?!
After Thanksgiving
~Bree’s added question: Would you prefer the short sleeves of summer or a nice cozy sweater, and do you mish-mash each season’s clothes, such as wearing a t-shirt in winter?
hmmm it depends, I really love sweaters though,
and yes I do mix and match 🙂
~Tori’s added question: Which one do you like better – Winter or Summer?
summer for sure!!!
~Anaiah’s added question: What’s your favorite summer drink, and what’s your favorite fall drink?
Weelll again super hard, but right now in summer I’ve really just been loving a nice, full of ice, fruit smoothie. (not trying to purposefully rhyme here haha) I had a really good strawberry one at Dutch Bros the other day so that’s probably my top 😋
hmmm, probably early in the morning (6-7 am, I find it hard to wake up that early though 🙃 I’m really trying though) and also 9 pm, because it’s like my “quiet time”where I spend time with Jesus 🤍
“One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.”
So this is my first time doing a book tag, but it looked fun so I decided to do it 🙂

Hello everyone! Can you all believe that Christmas is less than a week away??? So so exciting! December has gone by so quickly. Anyways I thought that today I’d talk a bit of some Christmas traditions my family and I have.
One of our traditions is to read a Bible passage about Jesus’ birth on Christmas Eve night. And then another one on Christmas day.
The second one (probably my favorite) is doing Parrandas… so what is a Parranda? In short, it is the Puerto Rican (where I am from), version of Christmas caroling. We sing traditional Puerto Rican Christmas songs and people play guitars, tambourines, maracas, guiros, and cuatros, (the cuatro and guiro are two traditional Puerto Rican instruments).
Again much like caroling the people go door to door, singing and also dancing.
Anyways another tradition we have is making Puerto Rican desserts. Tomorrow I’ll be posting recipes of some of them.
Our other tradition is Kings Day on January 6th. Kings Days (Or “Dia de Reyes” as its officially called) is a Latin American Holiday. Kids are told to put grass in boxes (or shoes), and put it outside, because that night the three Kings and their camels are coming to leave presents, (similar to the Santa Claus idea). Our family has never done Santa or the three kings, but we still think it’s a fun tradition, although we all know its our parents giving the gifts, lol.
